I turned a quarter century yesterday. A quiet birthday this year. I'm not one to get depressed about aging so, sorry, no rants if you're looking for one.
Thanks Beanne for the primo cake. T'was very yummy and very much appreciated. Thanks Jakattack and Co. for the attempted birthday cake surprise that I ruined by walking into the kitchen when I was supposed to be "distracted". I was covered with watermellon, how was I supposed to know.
Thanks Jan for the trail of chocolate and little presents you left on my desk. Thanks HBS and Prof. Fleming (!) for the Penguin card. Thanks everyone.

Yeah...who would waste their birthday ranting and complaining? Um.
Anyway, happy birthday and glad so many people made it a good day. For all the coolness you spread around (I mean, really - you got me an I (heart) Bowling pin), you deserve it. Rock on.
